The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff is wonderful. We also appreciate that pets are welcome because our Chocolate Lab goes everywhere with us. May 5, 2013

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Our experience Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean (spotless) and the staff was excellent. Breakfast was the standard HIX meal. HIX could look into upgrading that. When I went through corp. reservations I wanted to use my points. I was told I couldn't and when I asked why I was told no rooms were available. I then went to the online system and was able to secure rooms there. Without using points . This is the second time I have been told that a room was not available when I was using my points. To find out later rooms were available. I have been a member for years but may need to find a chain that is easier on using points. March 12, 2013
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by no appreciation to patinum status I am a platinum priority club member. When I arrived I requested a complimentary upgrade and was not given one. Staff representative claimed that all the suits were taken even though the hotel was nearly empty. The hotel is nice but the staff needs work February 11, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by snowmobile trails My family and I were up there last weekend and we think you should look into get a trail system to the hotel. It gets pretty rough going through the woods up the icy trail. Otherwise everything was nice minus the poor parking for trailers February 1, 2013
