We are di-hard Holiday Inn Express people when we travel. We stayed going to and returning from our vacation/business destination at this hotel. Going--we had a jacuzzi tub and really relaxed. However, guests across the hall decided to have a party in the early hours of the morning. We called the front desk and the clerk attempted to quiet things down with the guests continuing to party for at least another 30 minutes. Thankfully, the desk clerk adjusted our bill for which we were very grateful. On our return trip, we received a room on the first floor. The bed was not comfortable and the sink and tub drains drained soooo slowly. We felt the room rate was way too high for this room. Because of those reasons, we would hesitate to stay there if another hotel was available.

Everyting was great except the sofa bed. The sofa beds need to be upgraded or don't tell the people who are staying there that it is even there. My son is not picky and he did not sleep well at all.

I got this "rewards" room for my daughter, son-in-law and grandson. They had business in the area.
Their comments were; this was an excellent motel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. My grandson comment was “the Jacuzzi was “cool”.
I thank you for them!
These are their comments and a daughter never lies to her dad.

Pillows stunk, poor television selection/ reception, apple juice tasted like water. Extremely overpriced for a poorly remodeled hotel. Staff has no authority to adjust rates. Recommend look elsewhere

Enjoyed our stay on our way home for a funeral. Staff was friendly. Only negative, facility needs to be updated. Our room was clean.

The room was a gift to my parents as they make their way down to Florida from the Midwest to visit. They said the bed was uncomfortable and room was drab in general. Also that the breakfast was sub-par even for a Holiday Inn express. Staff would not accommodate credit card over the phone even though I have been a Priority Club member for 6 years and use the same Chase Priority Club Visa registered with them since my membership.....disappointing and never had this issue before with other locations.
