Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not recommended The room was a gift to my parents as they make their way down to Florida from the Midwest to visit. They said the bed was uncomfortable and room was drab in general. Also that the breakfast was sub-par even for a Holiday Inn express. Staff would not accommodate credit card over the phone even though I have been a Priority Club member for 6 years and use the same Chase Priority Club Visa registered with them since my membership.....disappointing and never had this issue before with other locations. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Bad experience This was the worse Holiday Inn we had stayed in for years. We had a room where the heater made horrible noises all night It kept us awake all night. Every time the compressor turned on there was a horrible noise. I did complain the next morning and the staff gave me my night free but the experience made me tired for the whole next day and definitely interferred with our plans. January 8, 2013

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Good staff poor room The staff greeted us and assigned us to a room and after that everything went downhill. One of the table lamps in the room did not work. The stool was partially plugged and never flushed completely. The bathroom sink had an aerator to reduce water consumption but it made it impossible to have enough water to wash or do any other function adequately. The bathroom lighting was so bad it was difficult if not impossible to see to shave properly. The tub/shower drain was so nearly plugged we stood in 2 to 3 inches of water showering. Having stayed here before we were surprised to find such poor accomodations but we will never stay here again January 3, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Motel rates to high We recently traveled across the US from Ga. to Kansas we stayed at several H.I. motels along the way this motel rate was the highest of all of them. I try to be thrifty I asked the gentleman a couple of questions about the rooms with no luck the room was small anyway this is trivial but he did say anything about me being a Priority Club Member. I will not stay there again. January 3, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Poor water presure The hotel is clean and has convenient location. The king size bed was hard and not very comfortable. The issue this hotel should deal with immediately is the water saving fixtures in the bath room. Both the sink and the shower had very little water flow. The shower water flow was so poor it was nearly impossible to rinse off! January 2, 2013

I used the Priority Club app on my android to book this room late at night while driving around looking for a room in the middle of a long drive from FL to IN. Clean, comfortable hotel. B'fast the next morning was great before getting back on the road. Staff very friendly. The only negative was that the wi-fi internet was basically non-existent. Tried several times to connect, but could not hold a signal. Besides, the lack of wi-fi, this was a great property. November 14, 2012

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Comfortable bed and good breakfast. This hotel is nice with new carpet and furnishings but needs newer shower/tub combos. Also, the wallpaper and painting needs work. The bathroom door looked like a toddler tried to paint it. However, it was very clean which goes a long way with me. For the price, I felt it was overrated. However, all hotel rates in this town are out of control. I would highly recommend this hotel if the nightly rate was better. Guest services were very welcoming and friendly. October 26, 2012

However, another guest was very difficult to this young lady and continued to be very difficult. I wanted to let you know how kind the young lady was to this guest and to me. She never lost her composure and never spoke in a harsh manner. I do wish the world had more individuals like this young lady you have in your employ!!! PLEASE KEEP THIS CONFIDENTIAL! DO NOT POST! Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Front Desk When we woke up the next morning and had only cold water, we were unable to take a shower. We cleaned up the best we could and went down for breakfast and to check out. The front desk lady was very nice and I mentioned that we had no hot water. She said that the whole hotel did not have any. I just mentioned that I didn't think I should pay for that part of my stay. She understood and actually comped us for the whole overnight bill. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room and great service The hotel was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great. Many choices. Staff very friendly and helpful. One problem:: No hot water in the morning. Unable to take shower or even wash up as water was ice cold. No compensation for this. We were told that there were people going to a race and were up early and used all the hot water. This was not acceptable as we drove almost 800 miles the day before and were anxious to take a shower before we got on the road for our next full day of travel . This was the only bad experience of our stay. We do like Holiday Inn Express. CJP October 18, 2012

We were close to the elevator yet it was quiet. The breakfast was fresh and there was quite a variety. I would recommend this for business or families. The location was easy to get to also.
