My husband found this hotel to be clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had excellent choices. It was convenient for our purpose.

Our room was next to the elevator, so did note a bit of elevator noise, but no highway noise despite the room orientation. Would suggest more fresh fruit offerings at breakfast as well as additional fruit juices.

On my drive from Cincinnati, OH to Murray, KY on 11/4 I developed a very severe headache, I had to cancel my appointments for that afternoon and reschedule. It wa about 1:30PM and the only thing I could think to do is head to the hotel, even tho it was hours before check in time. When I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by the front desk guy (didn't catch his name) I told him what was going on and if it was to early to check in. He responded of course not and started the check in process. After reviewing my paperwork he double checked to see if I truly wanted a smoking room, I had totally forgotten when I made the reservations, that was the only option that was available. I told him if he had non smoking rooms available I would take that but if not anything would do. I just needed a bed and a dark place. He said let me see what I can do, and he was able to upgrade me to a suite! I couldn't have been more thankful for him going up and beyond to make sure I was going to be comfortable. It's hard being on the road and sick/under the weather, but you guys did a great job making me feel as comfortable as possible. Thank you! See ya in December!
