The staff was great, everything was clean and in great shape. The mattress was a bit stiff for me, but otherwise it was great.

This hotel had everything that I was looking for. the room was huge, clean and the breakfast was great. I recommend this hotel to all my friends.

Great staff, great accommodations, great breakfast, great location, reasonably priced. What more could you want? Highly recommended. I had my small dog. When I reminded the receptionist that I had my dog, she changed my room to the ground floor near the exit door to make my "doggie assistance" trips much easier. Went the extra mile.

Most of the staff on duty was great, but there was one very rude attendant that spoiled our entire stay. She also proceeded to over charge, every day during our 4-day stay. I contacted management, who proceeded to let us feel that we were not valued as guests and he refused to offer any resolution. Sad, as this was our second time staying at this location due to the first time being so great. We are still having trouble with the continuing credit card charges, and this is of utmost importance that you can not trust everyone there with your payment information, including the hotel manager. Due to the unfair and unauthorized charges, I would highly recommend not staying at this hotel unless you pay cash. Do not provide opportunity for unauthorized charges. Note that we did not feel this way to most of the staff, only one of the desk attendants and the hotel manager were cause of this disappointing stay.
