Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Desk Service On our last night's stay, we explained to the desk clerk that we would be leaving at 4:00 am the following morning and asked her if we could possibly have a "breakfast bag" ready with perhaps some muffins, fruit, etc) any breakfast items to take with us. She was very nice and said that she would pass on to her night clerk the situation and have him prepare a bag for us. When we checked out approximately at 3:50 a.m., we stopped at the desk and asked him if he was aware of our situation. He said "'yes, I have things out, just go help yourselves." We told him we had to go now, we did not have the time to wait, that was the reason why we had asked to have a bag prepared. He just said ,"ok," and turned and walked away. We left. One of the reasons we are a priority member is because we are used to getting priority service. We certainly did not receive it here. June 9, 2013

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not up to par for HIE The rug had not been vacuumed in the room and the floor in the bathroom was sticky. There was something, dirt perhaps, all over the carpeted area. Carpet was worn and torn in places. The person on duty offered to move us to another room, but we declined since we had been on the road for 11 hours that day. While we were at dinner she vacuumed the room and left extra bath mats for us to put on the floor. They did tell us that the carpets are scheduled to be replaced. The staff was friendly and helpful. We appreciated that she took care of the cleaning issues for us. We were there for only one night. May 23, 2013

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Over sells nights This Holiday Inn over sell nights. So call ahead and check on you're room before you get their. Other wise you will be stuck with what they want they have left. The manager does not respond to any of the calls, during or after the stay. She thinks pushing off point will cover up the problems. Long term Priority Member means nothing. Pre booking a room means nothing. April 9, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by OK There really was not anything very special about this Holiday Inn Express. We stoppped at the front desk around 8pm at night and there was no one to be found, even after ringing the bell for service. I did have to go ask for pool towels, the gal was out front smoking. I would sugguest that there is another designated spot for employees to smoke, not out front were customers pull up to check in/enter the hotel. April 2, 2013
