Brandi alerted me via cell phone when their sprinkler system malfunctioned and easily moved me to another room. Nice to have a workout room. Brandi, Richard and rest of staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. January 31, 2014

Very comfortable beds and good temp control in my room. Breakfast was good both mornings. Good location as well. I will stay here again and recommend so to anyone. December 23, 2013

We were greeted by a very friendly lady at the front desk on a late check in and treated to a complimentary bottle of water and candy for each guest for me being a IHG Reward Club member. The included breakfast the next morning was really good and included hot scrambled eggs, pancakes, biscuits and gravy and many other items and drinks. I would use this hotel again without thinking about it. The shower/tub drain was slow. When I told the front desk about it upon checkout, they were attentive and wrote down the issue to be serviced. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Help From Staff At Desk The staff at the desk was very helpful when we had a mechanical failure of lift equipment in our vehicle. This equipment is critical for loading my handicapped wife into the vehicle. I was able to borrow tools from the hotel maintenance room and get back on the road. This assistance was even more critical on a Sunday when it was sleeting outside and emergency road service would not have been helpful. November 29, 2013

Staff was fine, but I have had friendlier encounters with other HIE staff. Pool was clean, rooms were large. Not much in town for food options- not the hotels fault. November 13, 2013

Richard, the night manager took care of me by preparing a to go bag. As usual the room was ready for me. The whole staff is very professional and dedicated to customer service. November 10, 2013

We had great service and free breakfast was awesome especially the warm cinnamon rolls. We had to get up early to get to the races and that made it all worth it. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not the stay I am used to. Even thought I am a Platimun Eleite member, I felt that I was treated as a first time customer. I was not offered the normal thank you gift and felt as if membership in the rewards program did not mean a thing. I have stayed here many times and the service is normally better then it was this time. Hope it gets better as I liked staying here. October 13, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clunky check in process - break down in communication from reservations to hotel I was arriving late at night due to my flight into Tulsa being delayed from previous airports. I called ahead to let them know I'd be late. My business had reserved a block of rooms for the personnel that would be conducting business in the Muskogee area in the name of one individual and we would change it to our individual names upon check in. The person I spoke with when I called to let them know I would be late advised I needed to give my personal credit card information to reserve the room since I would be arriving after midnight. I did so expecting not to have any difficulties on check in. Upon my arrival, the desk clerk did not have my CC information, nor did they have a room for me. The clerk did not seem to know how to handle this situation as she seemed to be new. I don't necessarily mind that, I understand there will be new employees that may not have run across every single potential situation yet, however, when I call to ensure the room will be available, then give my CC info over the phone to guarantee the room, I do not expect to have to wait 20 minutes and a few phone calls later to obtain a room, especially after traveling several hours by air and a 90 min car drive from the airport late at night. By that time of the night I expect a seamless check in so I can get to bed and be ready for my business appointment the next morning. September 30, 2013

The breakfast was good and the woman in charge of it was friendly and accommodating. The only thing that held it back from 5 stars across the board is that the room, although very clean, was In need of some cosmetic touches, wear and tear need to be addressed. The check-in clerk was outstanding and helpful, the room/beds were really nice, and the breakfast area was clean and the selection of food was very good! Definately got my money's worth! I can't complain too much because I didn't ask to be moved, but the air conditioner was very loud. I will definitely check the air conditioner before I get settled into the room next time. Left a bag of chips sitting on night stand and when I went back to them, the bag was covered in sugar ants. It had just rained in the area and I believe this must have sent them inside for shelter. Overall, would recommend a stay. Very clean overall and staff extremely friendly and very polite. August 5, 2013
