It was in close proximity to the main attractions, beach, food, etc...The location and area were one I felt safe to be in parking lot or walk around grounds at night. Staff was excellent in helping with any questions or help we needed. January 25, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly Staff but not the same for the rooms or breakfast Awesome staff and they were very friendly. Our room though not so good. We found 3-4 different spots of black mold growing, breakfast was good, we just waited about 15-20 minutes before the staff brought out more food. Bath towels were not in the room. Other than that, great hotel, just the rooms and breakfast area need to improve. January 25, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Dissappointed The lobby was nice, but we were very disappointed in the lack of updating in the rest of the hotel. Carpets everywhere were stained, pulled, lots of dings and dents in the doorways and furniture. The toilets are set for children. Worn place in the bathtub. Pillows were lumpy. Room smelled. Staff was very nice and apologetic, knowing that the hotel needs an update. Breakfast food was lacking in what we are used to seeing in a HIE. January 20, 2015

He spent nearly 45 minutes finally getting Holiday Inn Vacations to give me a partial break due to my wife's double pneumonia. He went way beyond the call of duty to help me out. January 13, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Terrible hotel I have stayed at this hotel many times but never have I seen it in such disgusting shape!!! Carpets are dirty everywhere. I am a Gold member and was not offered points or goody bag upon arrival. The next day after I returned from my meeting, the bed was not made, not vaccuumed and no fresh towels!! Complained to the front desk and they said everyone had left. Someone came in and threw the covers up on the bed (which I could have done) and left towels. I will never return to this hotel!! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Old, dated, and smelled terrible This was the most run-down Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. As a Platinum member, I have stayed at many. The carpet was totally stained throughout the hotel and badly in need of repair. The smell in the hallways almost made me sick. The entire hotel needs to be renovated. The security lock on the room door was broken. I was surprised that the Holiday Inn organization would allow this hotel to get into this kind of condition. I decided to stay based on brand recognition and expecting a certain quality standard but was very disappointed. December 30, 2014
