Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Visit We usually visit the Nampa/Caldwell area regularly to visit family. When we are then, we always try to stay at this HIE unless they are already booked. The service is always great. This recent visit was no exception. We would like to especially identify Julia as an outstanding employee. Upon check-in, she made sure our reservation requests were taken care. She also went out of her way to check on our Rewards points and let us know how the program worked to our benefit and what we can expect with our next reservation. When we got to our room, she called to make sure the room met our expectations. Later, upon returning from dinner at a local restaurant, Julia asked about our night. When she found out where we had dined, she told us that they had discount coupons for the restaurant and to remember that on our next visit to stop by the front desk to get those coupons.
