I stayed 5 nights between 16 & 21/Jan, it was the worst experience with IHG.
Good: nice staff
1. Breakfast: hot foods are only warn, always empty before closing time without refill.
2. House keeping: forget to make up my room one time.
3. Laundry: normal service is returning by 8:00pm the same day if receiving at Front Desk before 10:00am. However the receiption forget to make that and I have to get it back on the second day.
