Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Hotel We stay at this hotel every time we go to Nashville. The hotel is walking distance to the nightlife, entertainment, restaurants and more. The staff are always polite and efficient. The rooms were recently renovated and are very nice. The price is a little steep, but you simply can not beat the location. November 23, 2014

Booked the room through Holiday Inn main call center and they quoted a different price than was charged at the end of the stay. No extra charges were incurred in the room during the stay. This was taken up with the call center and no action or support was taken on their part. November 23, 2014

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Reservations I am very dissatisfied with the way my reservations were handled. I called in directly to the hotel to place my reservation. I booked a suite for 2 days and was given a really low rate. I questioned the rate several times while on the phone and even had the lady double check the total she was giving me. I was placed on hold, passed to another department that was selling timeshares of some sorts, which I kindly declined and then had to deal with a man being extremely rude. I then called one of the friends that would be traveling with me...we reviewed the rates and called the reservation line back to confirm that we were booked in a suite. She again confirmed...the square footage of the room and insured us that the Executive Room was a Suite. Once we arrived at the hotel we were in room 827 which is not a suite, but a standard room. We returned to the front desk to discuss the situation and was completely blown off by some young man full of attitude. We were told that there was nothing that he could do and we should call the hotel next time to make a reservation and then stood and rolled his eyes when asked what he could do to rectify the problem. Needless to say none of us on this trip were very pleased with our stay. I would suggest that if a lower rate is given for purchasing an additional stay at a timeshare that be told at the time of booking. I would have booked for a timeshare to get the additional money off of the suite. November 20, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Rooms need attention Although I really enjoy the staff and the location of this hotel, I must say that the rooms need serious attention. I did not complain to the staff about my room. Why? I didn't really think they could perform the repairs needed in the amount of time I was going to be staying. Here's a punch list: 1. The curtain is torn/disconnected. 2. The coffee maker does not work. 3. Don't try to warm water for tea in the microwave- one leg is broken so the water tips over. 4. The faucet is corroded. 5. The bathtub is painted. Painted. Lovely lobby though. November 19, 2014
