Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Staff The staff was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast offerings were varied, but standard fare. WiFi worked really well. Could hear conversations in neighboring rooms, but no late noises. Overall, it was a very good stay. I've stayed here before and plan on doing so again. May 1, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Elevator wait time Sunday morning trying to get elevator. We had to wait over 30 minutes, because Hotel employees had service carts on elevator. We had luggage cart and was unable to get on. It seems like the employee could wait during busy times for moving their carts. Parking not a good situation. April 30, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not accomodating. We asked for a rollaway, the front desk staff told us all were taken by our checkin time of 3 PM. We just happened to see a worker the next night delivering small sized blow up beds and he graciously gave us one. The front desk never offered those up to us. Overall way overpriced for the downtown area. Front office staff NOT helpful to accomodate us at all. April 29, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Communication I called to book a room at this Holiday Inn in Nashville, TN and inquired about late checkout which the person I spoke with scheduled me a 2pm checkout. On the day of checkout I confirmed with the front desk clerk that we did have a 2pm checkout to which she was not aware but said she would make a note and I say her write something down. While out for the afternoon I get a call asking if we had a late checkout because the housekeeping went to try and clean our room and no one was aware of our late checkout... NOT IMPRESSED!
