At checkin I was told that they were not a full service Hotel, I was not aware of this when I booked my two rooms. Had to take our bags to room and park our own car. My room smelled like sewer when I walked in, had to call front desk. Maintenance had to pour something in drains. That helped. My friends were in adjoining room and their toilet stopped up. Had to call maintenance. Sheets were not soft enough for my taste. Enjoyed being downtown was close to everything. Enjoyed the breakfast. Complimentary shuttle was very good, used it several times a day. Overall I like holiday Inn's but i don't think I would stay at this location again. Nashville downtown is for tourists but this place is overpriced for what hat you get.

Close to all the area events that we were in town for. The parking has no flow. A parking lot FULL sign would help when there are limited spots to prevent everyone from backing out when full.

the hotel was great, within walking distance to everything downtown, safe, and sound. Nashville is a great experiance.

The location was perfect! Able to walk a few short blocks down Broadway to hear some honky tonk and see some cool old churches etc. The price was really fair and the beds were really comfortable. Lots of good choices for breakfast (personal preference only: I wish there were other milk options such as soy, almond or coconut). The workout room served its purpose (as in I was able to torture myself with exercise). I love the Bath and Body Works products. And the staff was all so happy and friendly. Thank you for a great experience.

i LEFT AFTER 4 NIGHTS WITH A BAD BACK and a sore neck. This was a pretty hard mattress to get a good nights sleep on.

I stay at this hotel quite frequently!,, why? The cleanliness, the incredible staff. Everyone from staff at the desk, the maids, the maintenance staff, and not to leave out the shuttle driver are so eager to assist in any way. Home for me!, also the location is perfect for all down adventures and work!,

Stayed overnight to break up the drive between Spartanburg, SC and St. Louis area. Chose this location to be within walking distance of the live music venues along Broadway. Room was nice and comfortable. I don't remember being acknowledged as a Rewards Club member upon check-in. The only negative I have to say about the hotel is that I think the $24/night parking fee is excessive, given the rates the hotel charges for the room. If you feel you must charge hotel guests for parking, perhaps you would consider reducing the parking fee for Rewards Club members?
