At checkin I was told that they were not a full service Hotel, I was not aware of this when I booked my two rooms. Had to take our bags to room and park our own car. My room smelled like sewer when I walked in, had to call front desk. Maintenance had to pour something in drains. That helped. My friends were in adjoining room and their toilet stopped up. Had to call maintenance. Sheets were not soft enough for my taste. Enjoyed being downtown was close to everything. Enjoyed the breakfast. Complimentary shuttle was very good, used it several times a day. Overall I like holiday Inn's but i don't think I would stay at this location again. Nashville downtown is for tourists but this place is overpriced for what hat you get.

overall good but follow up by housekeeping not good after four calls I gave up receiving help locating my left behind items

Close to all the area events that we were in town for. The parking has no flow. A parking lot FULL sign would help when there are limited spots to prevent everyone from backing out when full.
