Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Food in the bed upon arrival Well this was a first for me at an IHG hotel, First off I'm a Platinum Elite member and stay exclusivey with IHG brands. I arrived at the hotel and everything appeared in order.i checked in and and was welcomed as a Platinum member, but they failed to offer me the 500 welcome points, I had to ask for them. I receive my key card and the host at the desk wrote the wrong room number on my card envelope. So I finnal get my room assigned correctly get to my room.i proceed to do my standard room once over. I pull back the covers and found chocolate candy in the bed. I was grossed out and immediately went to the front desk to report. They did send housekeeping to change the bedding, and offered me 3000 points for my inconvenience. I wouldn't say that compensated for a dirty room very well but at least I knew I had clean sheets. And the staff barley even apologized for this. I guess the best part of my stay was the breakfast everything else seemed to need some improvement. I was very disappointed and when back in the area I will look for alternate lodging. Signed a very disappointed platinum member March 4, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Low value to cost This hotel was old and warn out. The only reason I rated the stay as high as I did is becuase the people were so friendly and helpfull. I had to stay the next night also becuase of a flight cancelation and I stayed at a different hotel that was much nicer with a slightly lower price. March 2, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by One of the better values in the area Considering this property is a very old property, the features and benefits offered are a good value for the money. Some things, such as being able to set multiple wake-up calls, are a feature that should be brought back, and other things, such as the bathroom door in the room I stayed in, should be replaced altogether; however, for a two-night stay it's not bad.
