Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Slightly disappointed We often stay at Holiday Inn Express locations on our travels across the country. Overall, the Nashville Airport facility is clean and well-kept. Unfortunately, when we mentioned a problem with poor tub/shower water drainage in our room to the front desk staff at check-out, we received an unmistakeable, "yeah, well thanks..." response. Folks don't like to stand in backed-up dirty tub water while they're taking a shower. They like even less to have hotel staff appear unreceptive to that type of feed back. We'll stay at Holiday Inn Express locations on other travels, but not this one. August 26, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient to airport Check-In was easy. Had dinner out in town followed by a good night sleep. Left after breakfast the next morning and did not return until late evening but got a good night sleep. After breakfast the next morning, checked out and flew away. Good night sleep both nights and both breakfast were really good. August 24, 2015

The women at the front desk was rude, after telling me there was a corporate price on the phone they said told me I must have called the wrong location. Funny I called the number and the phone at the front desk rang. I was charged 50 more than what was agreed. My room wasn't as clean as other HIX locations. I could keel going but I want to forget this experience August 24, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice people but old facility Hotel showed its age. The building and grounds looked worn and weathered, and the room smelled of mildew and mold. That was too bad because it was quite clean. The AC unit was noisy and smelled bad. Breakfast was dull and not very good. I would probably stay elsewhere should I visit Nashville again.
