Loved the shuttle service, we left so early, 4 am, there was no breakfast available. Didn't realize dogs were allowed here, heard a dog barking frequently which was a bit annoying.

Hotel staff was very welcoming and accommodating. However, this hotel is in need of a major overhaul. very outdated rooms that were a little shabby. we had an issue with our bathroom, but the manager tackled it immediately and we were satisfied with the results.
If you're looking for a good value, close to the airport, with friendly staff, then this is the place for you.

I will be staying at this hotel when I return to Nashville! The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, and the breakfast was great and free. It is one of the better hotels I have stayed at.

We booked at the last minute but were pleasantly surprised at the nice clean rooms, comfortable bed, and great service. We had to leave early for the airport so I didn not get to check out the breakfast. Transportation to and from airport was excellent.

Over the years, we have traveled throughout the United States and the one place we always try to stay at is Holiday Inn or Holiday Inn Express. This Holiday Inn Express in Nashville is outstanding. The staff does an excellent job of accommodating the guest and it has a tranqel setting. I have stayed here several times over the years and have never been disappointed. Great job Holiday Inn and staff. Thank you.

We have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times and it is always a very good experience. The staff members with whom we have interacted are always very helpful and accommodating. Their "Park and Fly" program is also wonderful! It certainly is easier and more responsive than using the parking lot and the shuttles at the airport! We plan to stay at this Holiday Inn Express many more times.

this was our second stay at this hotel and both times we have been very pleased.Breakfast buffet was very good and the hotel staff is excellent.My only gripe was we had a non smoking room but it seemed to have a stale odor of smoke in it.Besides that the beds were comfortable and the room was a very nice size for the money.I would stay here again

I had a rough day.... the guy at the counter (African American but didn't catch his name unfortunately) was absolutely fantastic..... when I come back to Nashville I will definitely return to this hotel.

Disappointing lack of consistent amenities, i.e. no frig or microwave in room first week despite fact that website has these listed as in-room. Cold biscuits for morning breakfast & butter was semi-frozen. When asked a staff member if I could get the biscuit heated so that butter would melt, I was told that I would have to take the biscuit, leave the dining area & go through the lobby to the area by the coke machine to find the microwave. Which meant that I would have to pick up my purse, computer bag & plate with cold biscuit to leave the dining area, go through the lobby dragging my belongings just to get a heated biscuit!?!?!? Oh, I forgot to mention that I was in a boot cast at the time of this stay. This facility is definately NOT customer minded/user friendly.

The guy who checked me in was professional and acknowledged my Priorty Club Status. That means a lot and I feel more likely to stay at holiday inns when I and respected has a customer especially one that travels a lot.

This was a good Express. The bedding was a little old and not the nice pillow top mattresses.but staff was excellent very friendly and efficient. A great location especially if going to the airport. Good part of town.

From the time I entered the property to the day I left, Roger was there to help me. Even when he wasn't actually on the property, his advise made my stays there very productive and comfortable. The rest of the staff there is great as well, it's just Roger obviously loved "His Hotel" as he often refered to it. His pride and confidence was contagous. Always busy but never too busy to take a second to help. He is the reason I'm taking the time to do this now, Following his example. Thank-you again Roger. Looking forward to seeing you and your hotel next time.

Our room was clean. The bed linens, pillows, and mattresses were comfortable. Roger at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and the woman that maintained the breakfast bar was helpful and friendly. I was impressed with the excellent customer service. I would definitely stay here again.

I needed to add a night and the only additional room they had was a hearing impaired room. I was assured that there wasn't anything different except the light that blinks if the bell rings or the phone rings. It overlooked the driveway(2nd floor) and everyone that arrived or left could be heard because the airport shuttle parked there. I am a platinum member and can't believe there wasn't an additional room. The price was also too high based on the quality of the hotel.

I arrived for my reservation at noon to be told nothing was available until 3pm. There were unscheduled bookings the night before. I had a 2pm meeting and needed to shower and prep. The front desk gets a great big FAIL for making absolutely NO effort. At one point, LORI in housekeeping happened to be nearby and heard the dialog. She jumped in and said a room would be ready in 5 minutes!
I understand the standard "check in" time. I understand "unexpected bookings". I do not accept two front desk people making zero effort to even check or seek some resolution to a customer's need.
Now we're in, meeting is over and all is good. We requested a cab from the front desk. It never showed. Here we go again...
Front desk gets zero's.
Lori in housekeeping needs recognition and should train the front desk on the definition of customer service. She alone offset the zero's at the check in.

This was our last stay before heading home on a 6am flight so we were a bit apprehensive. We needed to drop the hire car at the airport on the evening we arrived and fit in a meal before bedtime. Roger on the desk anticipated our requirements and arranged everything- the pick up from the airport car hire location, drop off and pick up from a great steakhouse, and the 4.30am ride to catch our flight- superb service! The only problem was we missed the great Holiday Inn Breakfast!!

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the shuttle to the airport and the pick-up on our return. Will stay here again. Did not have chance for breakfast, we had to leave for the airport; however, the breakfast has always been good in the past.
