I have always found the Holiday Inn Express
Airport to be very clean, professional and a great value!!!!
I have stayed there many times over the past few years.
They are very helpful, serve a full breakfast and provide excellent shuttle service to the airport.

Day 1 I had reserved 2 joining rooms & had called 2 weeks prior to make sure they where still available i was told they where. Upon arrival they where not available & she would work on it. At At 8 PM my other party arrived to have no room she then moved our current room upstairs to an adjoining room with my other party my wife who has a broken collarbone was waiting in our existing room where they were going to bring her a cart and help her move to the new room. No one ever showed up with the cart to help her move. The new room key did not work so I went back down to the desk to find her standing there I ask her if she was going to get a cart and go upstairs she then said I couldn't find any I ask her then if she was going to tell us or just leave my wife standing in the room. She then got an attitude and told me that I did not need to stay there that I could stay anywhere else. We eventually got moved into our rooms on day three we come back to our room to find that the beds have been made but there was no toilet paper no tissue and nothing else had been cleaned. We also complained that the air conditioner did not work no one ever come to fix it we also complained the next day the air-conditioner did not work no one ever come to fix it again. The manager did refund one and a half days of our stay to my credit card for my inconvenience. As I told her my family travels approximately one time a month and we usually look for the holiday and Tuesday yet because we can count on cleanliness. I hope these issues are resolved in Nashville soon as we will be returning there again later this year and again next year

The hotel was what I would have expected for the price.
The bed was actually too soft for my, slightly pulled, back. So I did not sleep as well as I would have liked, but that is hardly HIE's fault.
The only real complaint was that the elevator was too far away from my room, ended up taking stairs more often than not because they were actually much more convenient. Did not feel the one elevator, I knew of, was adequate for the layout of this hotel.

No issues during this stay. Wish there were more outlets available in the room, especially around the bed, but overall no other complaints. Room was clean and staff was helpful.

This Holiday Inn Express was good for the price but don't expect the rooms to be top notch. They were clean but the desk telephone wire had been ripped out of the wall and not fixed even when reported. Lounge chair lamp and microwave were not plugged in. Internet connectivity was spotty at best. Kept dropping. Desk personnel were very nice as were the room attendants. Oh, and don't expect any information on the hotel, like channel guides, etc. They do not provide that, and we asked. Again, for the price and location it was acceptable.

The staff was great, very friendly and offered some wonderful choices of food establishments very close to the property.
The breakfast staff was also willing to let us "early" business travelers eat a little before the noted time of breakfast being serviced. This was GREAT for me.
I would fully recommend location this based on the service levels, shuttle service, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds.

Did not assist with needs in cleaning the guest room. The room needed cleaning from cleanilness of the room and bathroom. Staff personnel more interested in her telephone call, then assistance with the customer needs.
Breakfast area is nice. The staff was bothered when asking her questions about the food being placed out for breakfast.
