I'm normally happy with Holiday Inn properties and seek them out but this property is sorely in need of maintenance.

Enjoyed my stay - fast friendly check in - quiet relaxing room - breakfast selections were good, it was fresh and hot and plentiful - would recommend to others and will stay there again in future travels for business - I am a reward member and was greeted as such upon check in

Very nice property. It's a little pricey for what you get, but given the area, it is what to be expected. I would stay again.

Overall I enjoy staying at Holiday Inn Express but this one is somewhat dated and the price was average but seemed high for the location.

Decent hotel for the price. Rooms need updating and wireless was very slow and intermittent issues. Breakfast was not always ready when it state it would be and needed to skip breakfast due to this on 2 days.

We arrived in Nashville on Jan 26 - Jan 28, choosing this Holiday Inn as it provided the Airport express which we required. At our previous stay in Memphis Holiday Inn, we received word that a close family member had passed away which necessitated a flight out of Nashville to home for 4 days. Upon arrival we found the check in staff not very accommodating, charging us extra to park our car from Jan 28 to Jan 31 even though we were booked into the hotel for Jan 31 to Feb 1. The hotel lobby and general breakfast area was over run with workers and poor staffing of keeping the breakfast food stocked. The lack of indoor pool and hot tub should have resulted in lower hotel costs. We would not return to this Holiday Inn location even if we would require a airport pick up as many other hotels offer this service nearby. Thank goodness Nashville and its wonderful sights made this experience bearable. Did not feel special as a IHG member at all.
