Due to the fact she was early, we were in a pinch to get reservations at a hotel close to the hospital. As a Priority member, I immediately called Holiday Inn and was able to book a room with special rates specific to the hospital. The hotel was convenient, well maintained and we were created with courtesy. We couldn't have asked for more. February 10, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Do Not Disturb Overall, we enjoyed our stay but we put the "Do Not Disturb" sign on our door because we had a very long day of travel and work before we got to the hotel that 1st night. While no one tried to enter our room, we were woken up very early the next morning by the cleaning staff having very loud personal conversations right outside our door! February 10, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Medical Emergency My grandfather was in the Trauma Unit at the Vanderbilt Hospital. While our stay was exhausting the motel and staff were everything we could have wanted considering the situation that caused us to need a place to stay. My main issue is the price we had to pay. We were not defiantly there for business or pleasure. We were in the Trauma unit for at least 12 hours a day. The situation was not ideal and we should have stayed to monitor his progress. We would probably have stayed longer had we been able to afford more time. The beds were ok. However the pillows were not acceptable to neither me nor my husband. The thick pillows kept our heads so tilted that we had our necks were tipped forward. The thin pillows had absolutely no support at all and actually made it impossible to sleep. The stay over all was a good stay. Staff were friendly and what ever we needed they were quick to remedy. Considering the situation I would recommend this motel to anyone needing a place to stay.
