Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Convenient Location, Noisy Our room was right off the lobby. We could hear the front desk phone ringing throughout the day and early in the morning. It was not a problem in the middle of the night. We could hear the person in the room next door snoring, so the walls did not block sound. We could also hear the housekeeping staff in their prep/laundry room early both mornings. The breakfast was nice. The location was an easy drive to Vandy/Belmont area and to lots of great restaurants. Great location, not much rest. March 19, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by friendly and honest staff My family and I had been on vacation out west and our plane landed in Nashville around 1 am. We decided not to drive all the way home (3 hours away) and so we pulled off and stayed at this motel. The next morning we went down for breakfast and my son accidently left his backpack sitting by the table. It contained some pretty expensive things. We were almost home before we realized he had left it. I called the motel and they had found the backpack and put it behind the counter. On Monday, I sent them a shipping label and we had the backpack back by Wednesday with all of its belongings still inside. I really appreaicate the honesty of the staff and on top of that the motel was clean and very nice as well. Thanks Holidy Inn Express. I will definitly stay here again! March 18, 2015
