The rooms were on the small side, but nicely decorated and very comfortable. They weren't cheap in the least with the furnishings. Now the carpet in the hall, how do they find such ugly carpet as they put in hotels? ;) January 25, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Tiny room #220 After staying in a series of these holiday inn express hotels, I was surprised at the room we were given in Nashville. When I opened the door, the bathroom counter and sink were the first thing in view on the right. If a person was standing at the sink, they would be hit by the door. There was no comfortable chair on the far side of the bed, and it was just a postage stamp of a room. After all week of driving across country, I just took what they gave me and then decided to let them know by this review that the room should not be assigned in the future except at a substantially reduced rate. My reservation was in place for weeks in advance. I paid the going rate. I was not happy with the situation. January 19, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Second to None The Holiday Inn Express on Whitebridge Road is like a second home for us. We have to periodically stay there and we love the experience! Rooms are clean and quiet. Refrigerator and microwave oven are necessities. Staff is great. All of our needs are taken care of. You can not do better for the price. January 3, 2015
