Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by A few disapointments Our visit started with the desk clerk telling us that he would not honor the discount coupon that we had picked up at the Tennessee welcome center on Route 65. Therefore we did not save $50 per night for our five night stay and did not stay as long as we would have otherwise. The room key cards did not work on day two. We went to the desk to get that corrected. Our room key cards didn't work on day three. We went to the desk to get it corrected. The key cards worked after that. On day three the shower curtain began to have a sour smell that continued the rest of the stay. The cleaning staff was courteous and helpful. The other staff were also courteous and helpful.
