The desk staff at this hotel all seem to have an attitude. In particular, they failed to inform me that the wifi code changed weekly. When I inquired as to why the code didn't work part way through my stay, the desk clerk was curt and had a very nasty edge to her voice.

I was impressed by the friendly and efficient welcome I received upon arrival. The location was perfect for meeting family for dinner. I had meetings the next morning in downtown Nashville and found traffic (after rush hour) to be fairly light. The breakfast was hot and good, and I found the common areas and room to be clean. I am not crazy about the bright primary colors, but that is merely a matter of taste and no problem. I plan to stay at your facility again whenever I have business or family visits to Nashville that require an overnight stay.

Overall not bad. Staff was polite. Snacks were overpriced. Rooms are clean and modern, but the AC is still the old wall style with dials, not thermostat controlled. Overall, I'd stay there again, but I'd bring slippers since the tile floors were cold on the feet.
