Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Clean, comfortable stay We were greated with a smile and informed that we were upgraded to a suite because of our platinum level. I always prefer two rooms but they are not always available. I have always felt safe at the HOliday Inn Express. You never have to worry about bed bugs or your not being clean. I love the convience of the breakfast. The hotels are always upgraded nicely. I have never been disappointed. This one was especially nice because ot the location. Close to the Opry Mills Mall. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Overall wonderful, helpful staff!! I traveled with 22 children to a chess tournament at the Opryland Hotel. We choose to stay at the Holiday Inn Express because they included breakfast and promised to transport to the Tournament. The staff when out of there way to provide these children with a wonderful experience. The lovely night desk lady provided linens and support when one of the children got sick. The young woman that sets up breakfast was so kind and helpful to the children, ages 5 - 10 years, and they all transported the children cheerfully to each competition. THANK YOU!!! May 15, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent hotel My room was maintained well and clean. The front desk staff were very friendly. I really liked the treadmill in the gym. I travel frequently and some things that could have improved my hotel experience would be to 1. Put vacant rooms in between occupied rooms. It makes it easier for housekeeping I imagine, but if everyone is right next door to one another, you can hear so much. 2. The internet was incredible slow at times. It took me 20 mins to load a restaurant's menu and google maps. 3. Increase the cable channel selection. The hotel doesn't have A&E or Bravo which was very disappointing. May 13, 2015

Did not have a reservation, just walked in and she helped in getting me one without having to search for another location. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Long weekend in Nashville We spent 4 nights in Nashville doing the Opry thing and other sites. Had a great time, the hotel was very nice, the personnel very friendly. We took advantage of the shuttle bus which was helpful. The food was OK, the usual fair for Holiday Express. Only issue was a problem with the TV which we had the whole time we were at the Motel. I would still go back. The location was great for what we wanted, clean. The beds very nice and a lot of pillows which I like. April 29, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by third time staying at this hotel I found the staff to be friendly and helpful from check in to breakfast to asking for directions. The breakfast had many options. I was concerned about the cleanliness of the hot foods as the covers over the biscuits, sausage and bacon trays were very hard to remove or lift. I observed a number of people using the tongs meant for touching food to raise the covers, others used fingers to raise the covers so the tongs were then contaminated. I would think the covers could be eliminated as the hot eggs and gravy trays did not have these covers, just had the hoods that are lifted. Was not able to use AAA discount when booking the rooms by phone through Holiday Inn but then was given the discount when I asked at check in. The rooms were clean and quiet. There was no safe in the room We did not use the pool as it did not open until later in the morning. April 29, 2015
