Everything was to the level I have come to expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The only issue was the fire alarm going off in the morning, but I expect that was due to another guest doing something they shouldn't have.

We thought it was clean and the staff members were very nice. The location was great to the Grand Old Opry
and we had a wonderful time.

My husband and I stayed in the hotel last year when we visited Nashville, so when I know I was coming this time I didn't need to think about where to stay because I already knew where I was hoping to stay. I brought my aunt with me and she was pleasantly surprised at the size and cleanliness of the rooms and hotel. She also liked the breakfast (especially the coffee),she said it's the best she's had in a hotel! She to thought the staff was very kind.

Very nice. A great place to stay when visiting the Opryland area. It is very clean. They have a shuttle going back and forth to Opryland.

Great location and hotel.
Paid $20 for round trip shuttle service to downtown . Waited at pick up location and shuttle never came. Called hotel and they said shuttle was on the way. Called the Shuttle service direct and no answer. Called shuttle service 9 times with no response. Waited for an hour in the cold (38 degrees) and windy pick up location before having to contract a taxi and pay $30 for service back to hotel.
Arrived at hotel and spoke with Front Desk Staff at night who was friendly but did not offer a solution or remedy for our inconvenience. We followed up with the morning staff and provided the details of our experience and additional costs to get back to the hotel and were told management or representative would be in that day and contact us for remedy.
We did not hear back from the shuttle service or hotel by late afternoon we followed up and were told the they have our information and we should be contacted. To date we still have not heard anything from the hotel or shuttle service.
Recommend not staying at the hotel and using the shuttle service !
