We got here around 7 am and we were able to check in. After a 12 hour drive that was very much appreciated! The breakfast was good. The suits were nice. The only down fall to the suites are they are right by the lobby so its a little noisier and they are the same prices as the other rooms. I think the rooms without a jacuzzi should be priced accordingly. Overall, we had a great stay!

By far the best Holiday Inn hotel that my family and I stayed in. We have done a lot of traveling in the United States and it exceeded our expectations. Clean rooms, friendly and courteous staff, great breakfast and amenities. Will surely stay there when we are passing through Nashville again.

My husband and I stayed in the king jacuzzi suite for a weekend after my husband returned from a deployment and it was wonderful! The king bed was extremely comfortable. The room was very clean and neat. The staff was very kind and professional. The hotel was in a great location close to several great resturates and activities. And my favorite part was coming back to the room after a long day of shopping and relaxing in the jacuzzi! We will definitely be back!

Services offered were great and staff were very friendly. A very relaxable setting. Breakfast was really good and had plenty of items to choose from. The beds were comfortable. Would recommend to all my friends.

My stay at this Holiday Inn Express was superb. The staff were very helpful, driving me daily to and from a conference I was attending at the Opry Convention Center (and other nearby attractions). The room was very clean, and the free breakfast is always a nice perk. Within walking distance of a very large mall and theatre (and the Grand Ole Opery) and shuttle to downtown runs daily for $10 return trip.

This is the 2nd year we stayed at this hotel, we were in Nashville for a short stay to go to the Grand Ole Opry and see the General Jackson show. This hotel is so comfortable, clean and quiet. We checked in early both times and was very grateful for the staff allowing that. The staff is awesome!! Friendly, helpful, very caring about their customers. The location is within minutes to the Grand Ole Opry, The General Jackson, shopping and only a short drive from the airport. The beds are really comfortable and the breakfast offers something for everyone. I always look for a hotel with free breakfast and no parking fees. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Nashville in the future.

We had an unpleasant experience during our stay. We booked 2 nights and after the first night we put the sign on the door on our way out for room service. We needed clean towels and the trash taken out and hopefully the sheets changed. Nothing was done.
Another sign in the room advised letting any problems be known so we did. We were told that no such door sign existed, so we brought them the sign. They seemed surprised and said we probably turned it the wrong way. My husband was sure he placed it correctly. We were given a $25. credit but somehow it did not seem sufficient. We had fun in Nashville but this unfortunate event did spoil our stay. Our family has had positive experiences with other Holiday Inn Express Hotels but this one didn't measure up.

This hotel is fabulous! The appearance of the Hotel outside and inside is very well maintained. I ventured to Nashville from Arkansas and enjoyed my stay at the Hotel. Very convenient to get to Opryland if you are visiting as they provide shuttle transportation, if you are driving, it is not far from the city to go Downtown. Breakfast is very accomadating which features a variety of items to choose from. The pool is heated to 85 degress and is also indoor which is a wonderful feature. Staff is friendly and provides wonderful recommendations of places to visit in the area if asked. Checkout is fast and efficient as they provide you a receipt under your door in the morning before you wake up. Wonderful stay and definitely will be returning to visit!!

i live in Knoxville and my two sisters live in MO. We chose to come to Nashville because it was a good meeting spot between our homes. We loved the convenience of the holiday inn to Opry Mills and the opryland hotel. We really appreciated the free shuttle service from the hotel to the opryland hotel, opry mills mall and the general Jackson showboat cruise. We especially enjoyed being driven by Kevin. He was very helpful and so polite. He helped make our stay wonderful. We also enjoyed the comfortable room, the great breakfast and the friendly front desk staff. I even walked out of the breakfast area and forgot my purse. When I realized a few minutes later that I had left it, I ran back to the breakfast room. One of the breakfast staff was cleaning near my purse and was watching it for me when I came back in a panic. How is that for quality service. I would definitely stay at your hotel again and recommend it to my friends and family!

We took our two grandsons on vacation and spent three nights at this hotel. EVERYTHING was perfect! The staff is courteous and was able to recommend restaurants. The cleaning staff did a great job each day. The breakfast bar was always well stocked with quality items. The grandkids enjoyed the pool each night. And this hotel is very centrally located for all the vacation activities, right across from the Opry Mall and Grand Old Opry. We had been there two years ago and went back this time because of the great experience and they did not let us down. When we go back to Nashville we will definitely stay here again.

The staff of the Opryland Holiday Inn Express made my visit feel like I was visiting a long time friend. Having never been to Nashville before this was such a welcoming experience and makes me want to return. I was visiting on business, but will return with family and will choose HI Express because of the people. How nice to be able to get up refreshed and head downstairs for a substantial breakfast without having to get all ready for the day and drive to a restaurant. The hotel's emenities (pool, business center, fitness area# and the convenient shuttle #with friendly and knowledgeable drivers) made it possible for me to do without a rental car! That's a plus!

My husband and I were finally able to get a night away alone. We chose the Holiday Inn Opryland and had a wonderful evening. After a nice dinner downtown, we were able to relax at the Holiday Inn where it was very quiet, comfortable and very clean. The room was very relaxing and breakfast the next morning was very refreshing to begin the day. This is not the first time we have stayed at the Holiday Inn Opryland and it will definitely not be the last. The staff were super friendly and accomodating and by being Platinum Elite members we were treated like "royalty".

Attending a conference, shuttled to the host hotel, excellent and friendly staff with all our needs and requests. Many dining choices within walking distance and great recommendations from the staff.

Arriving early evening & trying to make the Grand Ole Opry, the front desk had a shuttle waiting out front to race us there! They couldn't have been more accommodating!
The room was beautifully appointed, totally spotless & the beds extremely comfortable!! I will make a point to stay here the next time I am in Nashville!

From the online reservations to checkout, the service was excellent. I had excellent telephone assistance to change a reservation. The breakfast was awesome. The pool was refreshing. Room accommodations were clean, comfortable and more than met our expectations. Every employee was pleasant and provided excellent service.

This stop was day 9 of a 13 day road trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the breakfast was excellent. The hotel was very quiet considering it was sold out because of the Grand Ole Opry shows. Very convenient location for grand ole Opry and Opry mills. Couldn't have chosen a better hotel.

This hotel is in a great location. Very close to The Opry.
Easy drive to downtown Nashville. We stayed at the Holiday Inn
Express the night before in Jackson,TN. That hotel was by far much better than this one. The staff and room were fantastic! This hotel in Nashville paled to that one. Upon arrival, I noticed the check in clerk was not very friendly, and did not even offer a free beverage like the hotel in Jackson did. When I asked, The clerk said I was just a basic level Priority Club Member at this time, so I was shrugged off at first, then he finally said I could get a bottle of water, after just making me feel like a heel. Upon entering our room, I noticed this one wasn't near as spacious or as nice as the one in Jackson. You might know, as we were going to be spending four nights here. After the first night, I noticed our maid did not replace the ice bucket liner, the plastic laundry bag, a pen & pad by the phone, or cups to drink from. I left a note for the maid on what we needed, and the note went ignored. I ended up getting the items I needed myself off of
a maids cleaning cart in the hallway. I also had problems with
the hotel computer & printer. Neither was working properly,
and the one staff member who was helpful, did not get it fixed either, so that was that. Problem not fixed! I never got to use it.
Great location, but the staff needs training in treating their guests better, and with a smile.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. I tried to upgrade rooms a week before I arrived and was told I couldn't. When I checked in I wash't even recognized as a platinum elite member. The bed was hard as a rock and squeaked if you rolled over. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. I was charged over five dollars for two bottles of water that are complimentary at all of the other hotels for platinum guest. TO top it all off I just discovered I didn't earn any points for staying there.

Our stay was great, the facility was extremely clean and everything looked new. The breakfast selection was awesome and the everything tasted great. We really enjoyed Kevin at the front desk, he was also our shuttle driver. He really loves life and you can see that he enjoys his job, he really made us enjoy it that much more.

Room was quiet and clean. Staff was very friendly. Continental breakfast had the usual choices, but we try to eat very healthy and so there wasn't much there-wish there had been more fruit options instead of so much bread/pastries. But that is expected. The only real problem we had was catching the shuttle back from the convention center one day we had to wait 40 min although it's only 1 mile. We ended up walking-which we usualy did anyway, but we were hot, tired, and had 3 small kids with us so we thought the ride would be nice. Every other time it was on time and great. Overall, we would definitely stay here again. Great value and location! Pool was good too-no hot tubs though.
