Free Shuttle service to and from the airport and also over to the large neighboring Conference Center. $10 Roundtrip Shuttle service to 6th and Commerce downtown Nashville -with pickups on the hour- from where they drop you off - within easy walking distance to a number of attractions. Our Shuttle drivers were very helpful and kind - we especially appreciated Jared picking us up from the airport in the late evening and going the extra mile to make us feel welcome! We also enjoyed taking a tour from a bus service that picked right up from the hotel and the lobby staff were kind enough to let us know when it had arrived. The free Breakfast was Great with a lot of variety. The bed was very comfortable and there were no problems with noises from other rooms or outside during our 3 nights stay. If I ever return to Nashville for another conference this hotel is where I plan on having our group stay! February 25, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Bad weather but a great stay! After a 5 hr stressful drive (usually 3) in the dreadful conditions, we were met by smiling faces and calm reassurance by the staff.. The indoor pool, hot breakfast, and convenience to the Opry was the reasons we booked the location and all exceeded our expectations. Although we had one issue with the room, it was resolved quickly and fairly. At this location you feel like you are away from the hustle and bustle of the busy area, yet everything is nearby. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Ok, but staff do minimum As a Holiday Inn Express member, I have stayed in many of these chains, but this has to be the worst experience. Staff did not appear to want to help or do anything to help make your stay comfortable. And it didn't matter which shift. So disappointing. Perhaps you need your employees to go through customer service classes. And, if you're an Express member, you might just get the worst room in the hotel...which should be the exact opposite. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Mini Vacation We love this Hotel, we don't stay anywhere else while visiting Nashville, The staff was Awesome very nice and friendly. The Hotel manager was Excellent he took us to Opryland hotel and dropped us off and picked us back up. He had remembered us from our previous stayed and carried on a conversation, very nice felt like we was apart of the family. We love that it is close to to the Nashville Palace and Opry Mills. We will be back to visit doon. Thanks for always making us feel welcome. Our stay was Perfect!!! February 17, 2015

The only complaint I might have is the quality of the breakfast items are at times lacking. A great example would be the omelettes which contain what taste like watery cheese whiz. February 17, 2015
