The hotel staff were very helpful to letting us know where the best shopping, dining, and music could be heard. One of the best cities and hotel stays I've had in awhile. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Let me tell you the hotel was very acceptable to our needs both for relaxation and for the time we were spending there. The location is perfect for activities in Opryland. Suggest not to pay in advance in case there is a problem---it will not be resolved there. The pool was closed so if you plan to swim, be sure to call head to confirm it is working order. The staff is very nice they make you feel very comfortable, the rooms are very nice and comfortable. They are very close to our favorite place to go for music Nashville Palace and shopping. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Stay after long trip I was very impressed with the hotel both inside and out. It was very clean, elegant, and offered a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. What I did not find pleasant was the attendant at the front desk. After I gave her my name twice, she was very quick to say that I did not have a reservation in the system. Instead of inquiring further and even asking if I by chance had the reservation number, she instead asked if I was at the correct hotel. I had just driven 13 hours and so was not in the mood for any of this. I quickly took out my phone, opened up the confirmation e-mail and showed her a picture of her hotel and address. Is this you? I asked. She quickly took my phone (which I was not comfortable with especially since I had just gotten this iPhone 6 Plus) and she scrolled through it to get the reservation number. She then finally changed her attitude and acted a little more welcoming. Other than this incident, my stay was great! January 8, 2015

Good experience. suite was nice but being on main road with 3 windows made for some street noise--door slammed a lot to stairwell directly across from our room. Comfortable beds--sofa was missing 3 back cushions (I let staff know). Staff was professional, hotel was very clean, and indoor pool was a nice amenity we utilized. January 5, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice overnight We stayed here for a small family vacation while shopping in Opry Mills. This hotel is in the perfect location. It is so close to the mall and just across the street from the Opryland hotel. We were able to take a shuttle from the hotel to Opryland to see all the amazing lights. The kids were extremely upset that the pool was closed for maintenance. However, overall we had a good experience in the area January 5, 2015
