Location directly by a Waffle House, great for late nights.
Very nice employees and even cleaner and nicer room than I expected. Our fridge was not cold at all, however; staff was great to help us

Room was not clean, sink on kitchenette bar didn't work, staff very nice, poor security-doors in basement where fitness center was were propped open. No restaurants nearby.

First of all, the hotel is under a huge renovation. Small, irregular sized parking lot; handicap entrance is in the back of the hotel and there are steps from the lobby to the floor where the guest elevator is located; no indoor pool or hot tub; little water pressure and lukewarm at best; rooms are good and typical beds and linens; breakfast bar is adequate although the turkey sausages are awful; front desk staff is very friendly and try to be helpful. Not a terrible experience but I would recommend looking elsewhere if you have flexibility.

A great location off the interstate and a very quiet room. The hotel is in a very convenient location and although going through extensive remodelling very quiet and clean. Look forward to staying here again when passing through Nashville.

I have visited this H I Express probably 60 times in the past 4 years. I have never had a bad stay. You'll never find a more friendly front desk staff.
