Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dissapointing I realize that renovations are necessary but it didn't appear that the renovations were getting done any time soon. What I did notice however is that it seemed that the attempt to freshen up the place with a coat of paint just appeared to me to cover shotty workmanship. The place was dirty and I would think that in no time this place will be disgusting. I thought I was paying too much but I wanted to be reasonably close to downtown Nashville. Once I showed up I realized I really was paying too much. September 29, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nashville Visit This hotel was nice, clean and comfortable. The room felt very humid even with the air conditioner running. Although they were in the middle of renovations, the staff was extremely accommodating. The surrounding area of the hotel was questionable, but being located next to the expressway made it not bad. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Worst experience ever!!! Planned a stay for my Son and his wife for a birthday gift and they had a terrible experience. Construction was extreme and they did not sleep well which was the reason for their stay. Secondly the stay that I had preplanned on my personal credit card was ignored and they made him put the stay on his credit card. Thirdly they did not treat them as a member in my absence. I have planned and gifted event stays for my children before with my rewards account, but will not trust IHG again. September 22, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Disappointing Room While I understand this hotel is currently under renovations, I have been in gym locker rooms with more character than this room. White stucco walls in the bathroom, along with harsh LED lighting was blinding. The room had no character, just a room with stand alone furniture in it. No color, very blah! For the extra dollars spent, I want a warm, inviting room, one that upon entering, is impressive. This room resembled a store room with some left over furniture added. JohnZ44 September 14, 2015
