Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Bad Staff The only thing good about this place is the room and 1 or 2 employee. I try to check in early and no one could tell me if I could. I had to call the hotel 3 times and still no one could tell me if I could check in early. The hotel was under construction and the pool was close, which was one of the reason I pick this hotel, however that is out of the hotel hand. No, what really unset me was not a single employee welcomes me to the hotel. This is a hospitality job and the employees do not know I to welcome people. I could not tell who was an employee because no one wore a uniform or name tag. One person did ask if I was lost and help me find the lobby, but he could have been a guest for all in know. They even send a maintenance man to my room to look at a leak in the floor of the bathroom wearing blue jean and t-shirt. When I got to my room it was missing the shower curtain, however the housekeeper was very nice when she came to put on the shower curtain. As an IHG member I know that I can get a late check out of 2pm, when I got back to the hotel very late that night I info the night shift that I want to get a late check of 1pm. She info that if I was any later then 1pm the housekeeping staff will charge me for another night. I got this hotel for free by use my IHG point and I still think a pay way too much for this hotel. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Renovation Even though the renovation wasn't a bothersome, it was an eye sore. Tub faucet was backwards (Hot for cold, cold for hot# and bed wasn't very comfortable. Tried calling the front desk at 6am to get a late check-out but no answer. Didn't get ahold of them till 10:30 am #Checkout is 11am) June 22, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Extremely Rude Staff andNo Mgr To Be Found My mom and I checked in at different times and the only front desk clerk that did not act like we were an interruption was Greg. He seemed to be kind and helpful. My mother is confined to a wheel chair and requires extra help now and then. Greg was accommodating and even eager to help. However we both encountered a young black girl that did not want to look up from her cell phone, and when she did she made it VERY clear that we were an inconveinence. The.The same is true for the heavy set blond girl whose attention seemed devoted to her boyfriend that was hanging around the lobby every time we came through. We felt more rudeness coming from him than anyone else. During breakfast we found that other guests experienced similar problems. I will say that the breakfast was very good and Linda was very helpful to my mother. June 18, 2015
