Business travel - Staff was helpful and friendly. Area was safe and convenient to restaurants and businesses. Rooms were clean, well stocked, quiet and comfortable. A very good experience for a last minute trip!

I enjoyed my time in Natchez because I had an excellent place to stay. It was within walking distance to various historic sites. It was the cleanest facility I have ever stayed at. The staff was above wonderful. So helpful. Even made the guest part of their Halloween by allowing us to vote on the best decorated pumpkin. We were greeted with a clean smell and appearance of the facility and by cheerful and helpful staff. My only regret was that I did not make an effort to get the names of the staff to mention in this survey. They were superb. From the caretaker of the exterior to the interior staff. Thank you to all. Love it.

We checked in late evening and the gentleman that checked us in went out of his way to get me a ride out to get something to eat. Every one that worked there was friendly generous. They made me won't to come back.

Everything was great - friendliness of staff, especially lady who ran the breakfast. Great variety and freshness of food. Rooms and lobby area were very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Good location. Only draw back for us would be the pet fee; with the pet fee our senior rate didn't really help us much. I wish the fee could be refundable, since our little dog is better than many human guests who leave a mess to clean!

We are platinum members and have stayed at Holiday Inns for years and this property is not up to Holiday Inn standards.
1) Air conditioning was very loud.
2) Blood was on the sheet and duvet (general manager couldn't understand how this could happen since the rooms were inspected twice). Bed was not made on second night's stay.
3) Internet did not work in the room but worked in the breakfast area. We were told the problem was our laptop.
4) Breakfast: no hard boiled eggs, juice was watered down, the hot food was barely kept up, and the server seemed unsure of what was happening.
The general manager gave us 1000 extra reward points, but this hardly makes up for our unsatisfactory stay.
