However the staff were very inflexible when I asked if it would be possible to have WI FI in my room, they insisted on charging me for this necessity. I do not expect to be charged for wi fi. Internet access is vital in this age. Please try to catch up without capitalisising. Terry April 26, 2013

I paid in advance and the room rate was more than reasonable - patircularly in copmarison to a well known competitor chain of hotels. April 20, 2013

The only negative I would say is please ask the housekeeping team not to turn off the heating and open the windows if someone has left the heating on and the windows shut when they have gone out for the day.
