Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Hotel review Stayed at this hotel a few times -excellent location for access to M4 or for short hop into Swansea. I had a ground floor room, the window faces striaght outside the car parking area and is level with passers by which I was not to keen on. Hotel was quiet - only con is wi-fi access which at £4.50 per hour is too much. You have to sit in the restaurant / bar area to access it for free which is not conducive to work with people talking in the background and the TV on. Food is okay but expensive for what it is. Bathroom was excellent.we have stayed at hotels with much higher star ratings with inferior bathroom facilities.only complaint it rained most of the weekend.cant blame the hotel for that. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Business Stay Nice hotel, comfortable and has easy access to the motorway network. However the staff were very inflexible when I asked if it would be possible to have WI FI in my room, they insisted on charging me for this necessity. I do not expect to be charged for wi fi. Internet access is vital in this age. Please try to catch up without capitalisising. Terry April 26, 2013

I paid in advance and the room rate was more than reasonable - patircularly in copmarison to a well known competitor chain of hotels. April 20, 2013

The only negative I would say is please ask the housekeeping team not to turn off the heating and open the windows if someone has left the heating on and the windows shut when they have gone out for the day.
