Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Swimming family Have stayed here a few times for mini vacations. We love the pool. Overall the hotel is lovely. Our room was clean and updated. Didn't care for the floor and would ask for different area next time. Too close to the "workrooms" of the staff. Lots of noise. The only complaint we have is that the pool wasn't as clean as on previous visits. Also there are very few swim towels and the ones they had were thin and useless. Even worse was that there were hairs on the towels that got on us! Only had 2 towels in the bathroom which was also strange because it was a double and there were 3 of us! I think there is a towel shortage! is a great place and would recommend! Just bring your own swim towels! January 21, 2016

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Very loud doors All of the doors in this hotel have very strong closers so the door slams if you don't hold onto it. Since most guests don't think to hold the door when it's closing all you hear is door slamming all night. I have stay in this hotel many time over the past 4 years because it is convenient when I visit family, but probably not any more...I need a decent night's sleep. It's a shame really because it's a nice property and is always clean with friendly employees. Change the door closers. January 13, 2016

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly customer service Although everything was great overall I did find other guests very noisy and someone on my floor was smoking all night which made my stay very uncomfortable. Also found that the breakfast which has always been great was lacking certain items and seemed to be unmanned. They had run out of orange juice and I could not find anyone to re-fill the machine. I used the pool and fitness center. I found the pool OK and the water just a little cooler than I like it and found the overall temperature in the fitness center very cold. and while on the treadmill the vents blew cold air right onto me. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Overall Good but Customer Service needs Work The hotel was in a good location and was very clean. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Breakfast was ok minus the fact that it was the same foods everyday. However The staff at breakfast could use some training in customer service. They were rude and very unprofessional. They were cleaning up around guest and appeared to have an attitude. It was approximately 10:55 and I went to go get some juice and Francisco had already turned off. I understand they want to clean up and be done but if breakfast ends at 11:00 am that is when you clean. I was also informed by other guest during this time that they were told the pancake maker was broke when in fact it only needed to be refilled. So i asked the front desk around 10:30 for it to be filled. By 10:50 when it was filled it was like there was a problem for me to fix pancakes. Customer Service has to be better when people are paying their money to stay. Also there was no microwave in the room (which was manageable but inconvenient) December 30, 2015
