We have come to expect the best linens and that is not the case in this hotel. Also, prefer no chemicals being pumped into the air.

We were coming to town for a college graduation, driving 12 hours straight. All hotels in the immediate area were booked solid. And the ones with any rooms left had decided to hike their rates for the graduation weekend. We chose this property after searching online and realized that it would offer the best value for the money and they could accomodate our request for 2 beds. We were so pleased when we arrived for our late check-in that the front desk staff was very friendly, welcoming, and super helpful to our group of weary travelers. Plenty of parking, easy access, and we were able to settle in quickly. The breakfast was great, offering hot items as well as normal pastries and fruit, etc. The kids loved the pancake machine. Overall, our stay was perfect, and we would recommend it to any other travelers who need a clean, comfy place to stay for Ole Miss graduations.

This is one of the nicest places we have stay in all travels. The staff is friendly, even remembered our names when we checked in. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great. We stay at this hotel every time we are in the New Albany, MS area and have for years. They just keep getting better each visit.

Even though we had a few minor problems (lights, phone), this hotel was great. We were attending a funeral and they gave us a bereavement rate, which I was not aware of. ING needs to promote this. The management allowed a group of us to meet in the dining area for a catered lunch prior to the funeral. Afterwards, when we returned, I asked for additional coffee so we could go to our suite and relax. They were very obliging. We have stayed at this hotel before, and can say that the renovation they did was outstanding. And a note to ING for surveys, they should add funerals, since it is not really pleasure, nor is it business.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by mizzouguy Very nice night!
We had driven from Miramar Beach, Florida, and were quite
tired. Our concierge helped us find the perfect parking spot
for easy access and also found us a terrific place to have dinner (we like to eat at locally owned restaurants)! Clean, comfortable, well-appointed room and bathroom, nice breakfast, and we personally felt very welcome. This is right on our way south, and the perfect stopover coming and going.

It's nice to see someone cheerful and attentive to your needs after traveling all day. DeeDee at the front desk makes you feel welcome.

Love the hotel and its location on a route I travel often. Beware, however, that there are few options for an evening meal beyond fast food anywhere near the hotel.

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Livesit Don't stay by the lobby...to noisy
Don't have a room by the lobby. Night clerk had loud radio on, loud TV on, headphones on until 2:30 in the morning when my patience wore thin. No sound barrier from noise in the room. So anyone coming in the middlemof night were disturbing as well. Breakfast food was cold, no microwave to warm up. Apple juice was good.
Afternoon clerk very helpful. Great Mexican restaurant down the road as recommended by clerk...Agave Mexican.
