We stayed two nights... The first night was terrible the air conditioner made a terrible noise and kept me up until 3 am and I had to go to the front desk to have our room changed. When my 4 year old took a bath I couldnt dry her hair because the hair dryer was broken. Several light bulbs were blown and we couldn't see once the sun went down which is about 5 pm in the winter. I usually do not stay at holiday inn but gave them a chance can't say i am willing to gamble with them again in the future at this point.

This was one of the best places I have had the pleasure of visiting. I stayed for over 30 days and the staff was great. I would recommend this place.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by UnhappyGuest27 Worst Holiday Inn Express
This has to be the very worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed at. Some services were good, while others need immediate improvement. The Staff were very nice and extremely friendly. The lobby and breakfast areas were comparable to other hotels, and nice overall. The room seemed like it had not been updated in years. It smelled like it used to be a smoking room, which I avoid if at all possible. The desk chair back was broken and carpet seemed old and dingy. The bed was extremely worn, to the point that you could feel the springs, and had a noticible sag in the whole matress which produced a large ridge around the outside edge. I try to stay at Holiday Inn Express whenever my travel allows, but if I stay at another room like this, I might switch to another hotel chain.

This hotel does not have it together. It is not up to par with most of the Holiday Inn Express' I am used to. The entire hotel has an offending odor. Our room, the king suite, smelled like cigarette smoke. It may have been a smoking room, but we were not informed of this upon check-in. When we arrived the clerk told us there were only double bed rooms available. The clerk behind her that was headed home then informed us that there was a King Suite available. I said I am a platinum member, and asked if I could get a free upgrade, and the clerk that was about to leave said she could do it for us, and the other clerk said she would not have known how to do it for us had the other girl not still been there. There were no trays in the breakfast area, and I was informed there were no trays in the entire hotel. There were no soap dishes in the room, the coffee was for a single-cup brewer, but it was a 6-cup coffee maker. They were out of coffee in the breakfast area. This hotel just does not have the details up to par, which is one of the main reasons I choose Holiday Inn.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by jenniferm2169 Great Service and good location.
My family and I had to make an unexpected stop on our drive home from Florida due to the bad change of weather. I called the IHG rewards club and they located the nearest hotel and booked it for me right then. When we arrived check in was quick and easy. The room was very clean and the front desk even called us to make sure everything was up to our standards. Very helpful all around!!

I left a top hanging in the room. I know for sure I did. When I called from the road about it they said they would call me back but they did not. On our return trip we stayed at the hotel again. When I inquired about my missing top they were unaware of my call. They checked lost and found but did not find my top. Without a doubt I left it in the room.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Popie Handicapped rooms/parking
Needed a handicap room with two beds for our 8 day stay. They said they didn't have two bed in these type rooms. NOTE: a companion does not necessarily want to sleep in the same bed. So it was very difficult to wash my disabled husband. The housekeeping folks were outstanding in providing a shower chair but it was very shakey for a 228 pound man.
Handicapped parking - they had only one in the front of the hotel and one in the back. This is not adequate as it was in use most of the time and I had to park in another parking area. To do this I had to leave my husband in his wheelchair at the entrance while I parked and walked back to the hotel. Not necessarily a safe event.
However, the people working in the hotel in every and all capacities were outstanding.
