Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Clean and quiet We've stayed at this hotel several times over the last three years and we've never been disappointed. The hotel is located just off I43 with excellent access to downtown Milwaukee by at least 3 different routes. The room was very clean and fresh (as always) and the breakfast was well stocked. The only caution we would advise is try to check in during regular business hours if possible. Late night check in can be somewhat of an issue. We used Reward Points for one night and cash for the second. That turned out to be confusing for the night person but the day manager had no problem understanding it. We also had to request the Priority Club gift bag but overall it was a good experience. November 23, 2012

Staff was friendly and helpfull, place was clean and safe. Area resturants were very close by, in fact just a walk across the street. October 20, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Very Nice Hotel I have stayed here many times it is a beautiful area but this time it seemed like the rooms were not as clean and the staff didn't seem to be as friendly or care like in the past. I had issues with the front desk canceling the rooms I had reserved when all I wanted to do was change the names on the rooms. Thank god you were not booked or they would not have had a room to stay in. I am also a Platinum member and there was no bottle of water or any kind of extra like I get at most hotels. It is still a really nice hotel I just think the staff needs to be brought up to speed . Also can we get something other than biscuits and gravy for breakfast it has been the same for a long time.
