Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 Doing it right I've stayed at my fair share of IHG and Express hotels across the country, and this location is doing it right. Much of it is the little things: correct rapid check-out folders, lots of breakfast items, a front desk person who actually has a conversation. They even have the full array of toiletry items available, in fact I didn't know that a "Vanity Pack" (Q tips and a nail file) even existed! I stayed here one night on a 8 night family vacation, and was impressed. Thank you for making it easy. November 10, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Watch out for the desk clerk Upon arrival we had to listen to the desk clerk's issues with her daughter not answering her cell phone while her father was trying to contact her earlier in the day. The desk clerk charged $1 per snack and bottle of water bought. I found out the next morning the snacks and water was supposed to be 50 cents for guests. When I tried to turn the heater on in the room it smelled like cigarette smoke so I had to turn the heater off for the night. October 27, 2014

The staff was friendly, courteous, professional, and appear to be happy to work there, which tells me the management is doing a great job. I would have liked a smaller pillow.
