Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by HORRIBLE STAY Our stay at this HIE was horrible. The noise level from inside and outside was crazy - stomping, running up and down the hallway, slamming doors, horrible breakfast, horrible breakfast staff, price was way too high for poor quality of stay. Manager has STILL not responded and it's been 3-1/2 days. Will NEVER stay at this particular HIE again, nor will it be recommended to any family/friends. The only positive note is that the lady at check in was remarkable and friendly. July 29, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by HORRIBLE STAY We stopped at this HIE because we were extremely tired after being on the road for a 7 hr trip which turned into an 11 hr trip due to road construction. The lady at check in was amazing, but things went downhill from there. The AC had to stay on 60 to kick on and then didn't remain on, doors were slammed, running and stomping down the hallways until 1:00 am, car music from outside could be heard so there was NOT a lot of sleep to be had. Breakfast was a fiasco - your staff do NOT know how to keep up with restocking food for visitors. Not ONE but THREE coffee canisters were empty, bacon was burnt and floating in grease, biscuits were hard, sausage gravy had an awful taste, one side of the toaster was not working and people were standing around waiting for food. We have stayed at other resort, highly visited HIE's and NEVER experienced any of these problems. The Branson HIE has one of the best run breakfast areas and overall staff. Lastly it would have been pleasant to see smiles and hear an "excuse me" when food was actually brought out instead of staff just pushing in front of hotel guests - VERY RUDE on their part. A note was left for the manager with phone number but as yet there has been no response. I would have asked for my money back or at least part of it!!! July 28, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Stay With the Family The hotel and staff was great! My wife and I have three boys, 5yo and 15 month old twins. We made the best of our suite and never felt like we were bothering anyone. The only thing I would recommend would be to add more high chairs to the breakfast area as there was only one. The room service was perfect and the breakfast was as good as any restaurant around. The hotel itself is in excellent shape and has been updated wherever necessary. Harbor Country is at your fingertips. Place is quiet if you need to do work in your room. AND, the shuttle bus takes to and from the Four Winds Casino. July 20, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Spacious room! We "picked" the hotel as a stopping point to Traverse City. It was one of the most reasonably priced hotels in the half hour in Michigan. A mini-frig would have been really appreciated for the price (there wasn't one), and the exercise room equipment was minimal. July 19, 2014
