The staff tries hard to make my stay enjoyable, particularly Sara at the front desk. The rooms are nice and well kept. I would highly recommend this Holiday Inn Express to others.

The rooms were very nice, beds quite comfy. It was very quiet, didn't hear traffic or even people in hallways or water pipes clanking. Breakfast was pretty good, better than most probably. Warm cookies in the lobby when we checked in were wonderful and greatly appreciated. I think this hotel was an excellent value and we would most definately stay here again.

Lady at check in wasn't very friendly, but the young man was. Other Holiday Inns we stay at greet us with a bottled water and a snack, staff didn't even mention that we were Priority Club members. Lady that worked the breakfast wasn't nice and acted disgusted when girls wanted more bacon.........other than that the facility was nice and rooms comfortable.

Everyone is pleasant and kind, despite other guests being difficult. I love to stay here every time I visit New Buffalo.

Room was excellent. Breakfast was the best we have had in our travels. Only drawback was that we were charged $50.00 on top of our bill (we were aware of that before when we booked) for our Miniature Schnauzer. Other hotels (even Holiday Inn Expresses) state that the charge is anywhere from $10.00 to $25.00 and most reduce the fee or completely drop it.

I had the pleasure of staying at the New Buffalo Holiday Inn Express while on business. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of foods available.
We just thought that you should know that the Management and Staff of the New Buffalo Holiday Inn Express are doing an excellent job and should be commended.
Sometimes a thank you is enough but please let them know what a great job they are doing and to keep up the good work.

This New Buffalo, MI Holiday Inn Express is the best Holiday Inn express that our family has EVER stayed in. We visit this hotel three to four times a year and we love it. For the adults it is located between two casinos and for the kids, it has a great pool area! Every time we come, the staff is so knowledgable and very friendly. They have always recommended excellent dining and great fun in the area. This is really become our home away from home and the best part is......we dont have to do any chores....the staff does it all. Thank you, New Buffalo, MI
