Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Rate Issues Booked a two night stay at different rates and upon check-out was billed a significantly higher rate than either. Staff stated they had the authority to change the rate without approval since it was a high demand weekend. After multiple emails to IHG and the hotel, finally got the quoted rate. I will avoid this hotel in the future, it is not worth the hassle. May 18, 2015

Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice hotel--poor check-in experience Arrived about 11:30PM, as did a few other guests, and had to wait for several minutes for front desk attendant to appear from behind the counter. He could not find my reservation, which I had made approximately 8 hours earlier. I had to go back to the car, get my iPad, pull up the confirmation email and show it to him. He then slid the paper to me to sign in, hardly saying a word. No acknowledgement of being an IHG Rewards member, let alone Platinum status. Other than the check-in experience, the hotel was excellent. The breakfast attendants were very efficient and courteous. Sure hope the road leading to the hotel's driveway gets repaved soon! An SUV is almost needed to traverse the rough, pot-holed section of road. May 14, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Beautiful Hotel There's a lot to like about this hotel. The decor is modern and fresh. Everything is super clean. Pleasant people. The pillows are awesome! The bed was too firm for us though. It felt like one of the new orthopedic foam mattress. Just not for me. Stick to continental breakfast or pancakes. May 14, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by dirty I was very dissapointed with this hotel. The first room we were put in did not have a refrigerator and the bed linen did not appear clean. The second room was much the same but it did have a small refrigerator. There were greasy fingerprints on the appliances and some greasy substance on the TV remote. The 3rd room was an upgrade suite but it was not clean either. The linen on the beds was wrinkled and the pillowcases especially. The pillowcases in the front appeared to have been changed but not the pillows in the back. The room smelled old and musty. There was no linen for the pullout bed in the livingroom. As a Platinum member, I was surprised at the condition of the rooms! The towels in the bathroom were even frayed! Nothing was neatly folded, just kind of thrown together. I have come to expect the best when staying at a Holiday Inn but I was extremely dissapointed!! I had my 86 year old mother in law and my daughter with me and none of us felt comfortable sleeping in the room but we were tired so we finally had to accept what was given to us. It did not help that the road to the hotel was filled with huge potholes and the air in the area was foulsmelling!! May 13, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Business Center Issue Visited the business center to print out some vital documents for the next day, only to find it is not possible due to security settings. There is no way to print a document from ones email. After asking the front desk for help, she says that is the way it's set up and sorry, it has been a recurring issue with other guest. I have stayed at upwards to 1000 IHG hotels and while some may have issues with ink or software, never has the manager disabled the ability to print work docs from email. Sent email to manager, megan.j@canonhm.com. no response. May 13, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Poor evening service. First of all the road leading to motel entrance will destroy wheels and tires. Then I was told when I made reservation we could have a two queen room and a shower chair would be put in the tub. But that did not happen, and the two people working mainly the female said they did not have any extra. And was not interested in checking for one. Just shook her head no. So with that since my husband had a foot amputated he was not able to shower. Then there were no carts to take luggage to room. I had seen one when I checked in.so asked if there was only one. And the man working said no two but they had just had q bunch of people check in..then the female working said there was one on second floor by elevator. But did either offer to get it ??? NO I had to. But in the morning the breakfast and people working were great.and the nice lady at the desk felt bad for our experience . The female that was working when I checked in was still there too so I pointed out to the nice person that the other was like she was. I did like the room though. May 12, 2015
