Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by LA Trip The hotel did an excellent job to keep and maintain the outdoors area clean. In the morning from the over night guest trash and ciggerette butts would be around at the front enterance. This is because visitors are not able to throw the trash and ciggerette butts in the proper disposal container. By that evening however the staff would daily clean up the outside area so it was very clean. I had talk with several staff members during my stay and they were very friendly and professional. Her and the desk clerk thanked me for being a platinum member of IHG. It was what I would call good old professional courtesy..I was impressed again of the job they do in New iberia. December 5, 2014
