Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Vacationing guests are RUDE Be careful you do not stay when families are vacationing to ski...the NYC families WILL NOT EVEN ATTEMPT to control their children, and you can expect children and adults to be running around the hotel and yelling till after 10pm. I have NEVER seen such rudeness from families in a Holiday Inn EVER in my life. If you have options, get a room away from anyone vacationing with kids, or find another Holiday Inn Express. To their credit, the Staff tried their hardest to quiet down the offenders, but they were just too rude and uncaring to quiet down until they were good and ready to...the staff cares, vactioning NY'ers DO NOT CARE!!!!!! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service Checked in last minute due to road conditions. Very helpful front desk staff (can't remember the name). Nice rest after being on the road for 28 hours. Breakfast was great and front desk staff from night before (14 hrs later) called me by my first name. Awesome to remember people like that. Would stay again in that area. January 7, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Had an issue but it was resolved pretty easily. I stopped at this hotel because I was dead tired and couldn't drive anymore. I called the front desk after I settled into my room so that I could have a late checkout - I even signed up for their IHG program for it. I went to sleep and then was disturbed 3 different times in the morning. The last time I was disturbed, I answered the door and it was housekeeping. I called the front desk and said that I had requested a late checkout. They apologized profusely and gave me a discounted rate. It was handled correctly, and while I was annoyed at being woken more than once, I feel like they were fair in the resolution. December 8, 2014
