Upon my husband, and myself, entering the hotel, we were greeted, and warmly welcomed, by the evening desk clerk. The staff was very helpful, and made themselves, available, to handle any concerns, or needs. The exit was warm and gracious as well.

The staff at the front desk were excellent. We asked about how to get a cab in the morning and they said they would take care of it and they did.

The staff was great...CJ was amazing and attentive. ...he made sure I was completely comfortable. ..he went out his way.. The General Manger was awesome!

Stayed two separate weekend nights and the service was superb! Easy check-in with attentive staff, rooms were spotless and beautifully appointed, great breakfast foods variety, and speedy checkout. I was made to feel that I was important, that I mattered. I highly recommend this hotel!

As usual my stay at New Orleans East was awesome! Was good to see Mrs. Kia, Mr.Jose, met the New Manager as Mrs. Kari anne has moved on also got to meet Mr. Laird . Was a Pleasure as always when I have to stay in N.O. These folks are top notch and I hear there's some new things coming down the road to make it even Better! TOP NOTCH!

Overall good experience.
Just pulling into the driveway of this hotel is a bump/elevated driveway from the road. Just be careful pulling in and out of the drive way.
