Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Staff nice but room quality poor The staff assisted as much as should be expected. However, there were several bugs in my room, on the bed, on the walls, on the lamp shade. There was an iron mark on the carpet which looked like someone left a hot iron on the floor. After seeing the bugs, I notified the clerk at the front desk. She switched me to a different room on a different floor. And being very tired I just wanted to go to sleep. I pull the sheets back to find a stain. At that point, I slept in the chair all night and left at 6:30 am. I will not be staying at this hotel ever again. But the manager did refund me my I was grateful for that. June 17, 2016

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Sleeping Easy in the Big Easy Although my stay was brief, it was an enjoyable stay. Everything was adequate in this hotel. Cleanliness of the hotel was apparent. The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked. The staff was friendly and did not hesitate to answer questions, asked of them. This made me feel comfortable and at ease. The pricing was agreeable as well. Book this hotel, and you will be pleased. I would stay here again if in the area. The desk clerk was very helpful and did not seem to mind helping. That is an important feature for me. We were greeted with a smile and we were warmly sent on our way upon our departure! June 10, 2016

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Nice staff, not nice hotel The room had been smoked in so we switched... the next room didn't have a fully functioning air conditioning unit... When we asked for additional towels for the pool, we were told they already at the pool. We went to the pool and the towel basket was empty. So we had to use our room towels. When we called to ask for additional towels, they brought up one towel, one bath mat and one wash cloth. We had asked for 4 towels. June 8, 2016
