Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Great location - hotel tired! Having stayed in different hotels in New York decided to try this one as we use the hotel brand in Scotland frequently. On arrival I was shocked by hotel lobby appearance. The hotel room was even worse. Meant to b two double beds but were infact two queen sized beds. Myself and my two daughters were staying in one room and a friend and her daughter a second room. Tried to get some air in the room and the secondary double glazing wabbled so much we thought it was coming in on us. The beds were extremely comfortable. No safe in the room. Practically no where to store your suitcases. Would have hated it if there were four of us as stated the room can accommodate. The rooms need drastically upgraded. Extremely noisy at night but you get that everywhere in New York. The breakfast was more than satisfactory but just don't use the toilets in reception - they were filthy! Wouldn't stay here again unless the hotel was refurbished. March 15, 2015

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Deserving of the Holiday Inn Express Label This was the smallest hotel room that I had ever seen. The bed was so small I had to sleep diagonally. The workers were not particularly friendly either. The breakfast area was too crowded and the housekeeping staff was very annoying in trying to get you to leave your room prior to checkout.
