Email enquiries prior to arrival were answered promptly. Very good comfortable bed and pillows. Loved the Jacuzzi bath. Very relaxed atmosphere. March 26, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Loved the stay...such a welcoming and caring experience I changed my hotel after 5 years of staying in another hotel in Manhattan. The stimulus was the lower prices, excellent location and to top it all Ms. Monica who was with the previous hotel and she had been transferred to this hotel as a manager. As expected, smallest details of my stay along with the room requirements, work table size, refrigerator and all were looked into and taken care of. I was so overwhelmed to see a beautiful gift hamper in my room from the hotel's side with all kinds of snacks and munchies which were really of use in the coming days! On all days, I got a lot of personal attention from Joseph, the property manager, Tenille at the front desk and other staff members. The breakfast was very well planned and it worked pretty well for a vegetarian person like me. Thanks for the good time and the caring attitude! March 26, 2015

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Double charge of the bank card The most important advantage of the hotel was its proper location for that specific trip, complimentary breakfasts and wifi internet. The largest disappointment was when I received the message from my bank, that my bank card was charged twice for the expenses linked with my stay in the hotel: the first time - upon my arrival (as I was told at the reception desk, that had to be considered as so called preauthorisation - the estimated amount plus around $50 for possible extras), the second time - after my departure (in full correspondence with the actual expenses, which were equal the estimated total price, that was indicated in the confirmation, which I had received from the hotel). As a result I had some troubles caused by the negative balance emerged on my bank card. I had to contact my bank to cancel the first transaction. March 19, 2015
