Loved the breakfast with a wide variety of choices. Comfortable clean room and will stay here again....hopefully for a more extended stay! November 14, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good value reasonable walking distance to theaters I was on the 17th floor so I was failly isolated from street noise. Bed was comfortable. There was very good sound isolation between rooms. The walk to the theaters was about 10 to 15 minutes at a swift pace, and about 10 minutes to Penn Station. The biggest negative is that there are only two elevators and they have to be shared with house keeping so the wait can be more than 10 minutes at peak periods. November 14, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice room, poor customer service Room was clean and comfortable. Service left lots to be desired. We asked for directions and suggestions and got little to no help. Check out time is 11 am. At 10 am housekeeping was knocking on room doors telling people it was check out time and giving them a hard time when they reminded her checkout was 11 am. Charges to my card were messed up and when I called to get someone to try to help me straighten it out, I was given a run around and promised a return call which I never got. Going back to NYC this weekend and will definitely look for a different hotel to stay at. November 13, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 good breakfast problem with beds and booking not resolved well. booked room for 3 people, called 3 times to confirm was booked into king with roll away, and stand by for double get to hotel, they never had cots or rollaways and told me my kid can sleep on the floor.
