Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Staff I would like to thank all the staff of the Holiday Inn Times Square, NY for their excellent customer service and courtesy. From the Front Desk to the House Keeping, everyone was respectful, friendly and courteous. But there is one person that made it all special, Ivet. I saw Ivet every morning when we went to have breakfast and she was always with a huge smile greeting us and all the other guests. She was extremely helpful, even giving us directions on how to get to our destination and getting us a map. The next day she would remember us and asked how did my son's audition go. She made us feel truly as guests and NOT like another number. We even hugged her when we left! A very special woman working for Holiday Inn Express, Ivet. It is special people like Ivet that makes the difference and makes us want to go back. March 18, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Holiday Inn Times Square Overall experience was excellent. The rooms were clean, up to date furnishings and good food variety during breakfast. I appreciated the option the front-desk gave for my group to check-in 3 hours prior scheduled time. The one hitch to the experience was that the bellhop damaged my luggage as I stored it while touring the city. I confronted the bellhop but simply denied any damages and responsibility for the luggage. March 14, 2015
