Nothing special and not a great value, but all the quality of room and services you would expect. If you get a decent rate and you need to stay in this area it is worth it. Be careful of the entry turn off the main road. It's easy to miss, and then the turn around is difficult. November 11, 2014
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Great front desk staff/Comfortable Bed I stay at the Holiday Inn Express often and it is comfortable and the front desk staff is excellent; professional, prompt and courteous. The bed is comfortable and the room is generally clean however, recently, the bathrooms have not been cleaned (hair in shower/floor not clean). This is something new as the rooms have always been immaculate. November 10, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Service I just recently traveled to Wilmington Delaware for a family wedding and had the pleasure of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Wilmington-Newark. The staff was very friendly and made my families trip awesome. Jimmy at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful! Everyone loved the free breakfast in the morning as well. I would definitely recommend the hotel when traveling to Wilmington. November 6, 2014

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Watch out for "Sue"...Comfortable bed though Most of the staff was very nice, but I had to switch rooms twice thought. Once because of chemical Oder in my first room, then the second room had no heat, although neither being caused me, I was treat very rudely by one desk person "Sue". Who did not want to help and did not care about my problem with either room. But most of the staff were great. Beds are very comfortable, Breakfast was awesome, and the location is convenient but it's noisy and smelly from the freeway. I might stay again but I think their are better deals for the same value.
