Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 Uncomfortable And I made a mistake in my reservation. Was suppose to be for the 24th, they didn't care and charged me for a no show. I hate when they always fall back to the company line, as opposed to sorry, let me take care of that for you. It would be our pleasure. Instead taking money they didn't earn. Really poor attitude. I choose the other guys for this reason most of the time. Ive now learned my lesson. TV Had no HDMI ports like most hotels that charge per room. Normally this would be fine, but they don't even offer a movie service. Very disappointing for IHG Brand. Beds too hard. Will not stay here again, will I recommend to my clients. Yes I am a travel agent. Congrats. Horrible Wifi service. August 29, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Room We have stayed at a lot of hotels but we prefer the Holiday Inn Express. This one is at the top of our stays. The room was wonderful, the service was great and of course the breakfast was delicious. My husband and I like to swim at the end of the day and during our stay the pool was down for maintenance which was no big deal, they offered us a suite with a jet tub which was wonderful. The price was also great! Thanks again HIE for exceeding our expectations August 17, 2015

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Friendly staff Ambria and her staff go out of the way to ensure our stay is comfortable. Although the pool remains under repair, which is disappointing, we were apprised upon arrival. Holiday Inn breakfast is the same pretty much where ever I go, so has gotten a little boring. As I have gluten allergies, this limits what I can eat. All in all, I enjoy staying here. August 12, 2015

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Was very clean the room. Cable tv was horrible! I think it was overpriced and since the pool was down I think we need a refund on some of the money we spent. We were not notified we could not swim or we would have gone elsewhere! July 28, 2015
