Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good City Centre Location Lovely hotel, really good location , less than 5 mins walk from the train station also the Metro Radio Arena Staff were genuinely polite and helpful, rooms were very clean and comfortable, Lifts are accessed by the room key which made me feel secure as i was travelling with my young granddaughter, plenty of choice with the buffet breakfast. I would definitely stay here again, May 15, 2015

The helpfulness and service from every staff member we dealt with was absolutely brilliant. From reception to bar to breakfast. The lady on the bar on Saturday night was so nice towards our 5 year old son. What a star. Also the chap assisting with breakfast on Sunday deserves a mention too. A genuine welcome: polite but not in-my-face and I felt more important than the computer screen, the telephone or the receptionist's colleagues. I like the use of my key card to get the lift and it adds a sense of security. When I am staying alone on business, arriving late and leaving with a deadline the next morning, a room with clean lines and no clutter is ideal. On these occasions being able to see my hanging clothes means I know at once that I have packed everything. Generally, this hotel did everything it did last year and beats many pricier options for what I am after. May 12, 2015

Despite the hotel being in a central location it was quiet and I got a good nights sleep. Basically it did what it was supposed to and did it well. May 11, 2015
