The staff was great, but the room was poorly furnished, the wireless connection was terrible, and the business center was out of service for three days.

Could not get the printer in the business center to work properly and it was low on ink. I had to run out early to staples to complete a presentation.

Our stay was fine, with the exception of a few details. The first room we were given had a bedside table with a drawer that would not stay shut, and the clerk readily gave us a different room.
The room was generally fine, though very dim, even with all the lights on. There was no lamp on the table, and to work at the table, it would have been necessary to move the floor lamp. Since it was also dim (and shaky), it would have been necessary to ask for a lamp. It seems like there should already be one at the table. The beds were comfortable and the room temperature easily adjustable, though one of the beds had sheets that were pilled. There also could have been a rack to hold an open suitcase, which is usually fairly standard. Otherwise, it was fine.
