Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Dissapointed I stay at this property because of the proximity to the base I was attending a graduation. I have stay at many HH hotels thru out my travels but these one was so far the worst I have stayed. There was a customer at the lobby that required batteries for the TV remote control and the HH employee behind the counter call someone else and over the phone told them there was someone at the front desk needing batteries that someone is called a customer or at least acknowledge the person by his or her name not someone. The same employee later that day was arguing with the security guard because he refused to take out the garbage behind the front desk. That argument went on for about 15 minutes not very professional at all. The room had a strong musty smell. I was never acknowledge as a Gold member and that is something HH is good about, I'm very sad to have gone thru that ordeal. October 29, 2012
