Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by A favourite business hotel. I use this hotel many times a year and am always happy to come back. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Food is simple but well prepared. Nice pub next door which is handy. Rooms are simple but comfortable, well set up for the business traveller and you get a decent TV with Freeview which I much prefer to hotel cable which is restricted and dated now. Overall I would recommend highly. December 13, 2014

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Stay at HInn 2/12 Rooms are clean, staff are friendly and I had a good nights sleep but pillows could be softer - tags say soft and hard but they feel the same (I tend to bring my own pillow because it's always hit and miss with hotels). Also, it would be nice if someone could bring the iron and board up to my room rather than me having to carry them both back to my room! December 8, 2014

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Christmas visit to Wales Hotel is located in prime position for motorway network. Just a 20 minute drive to the capital, visiting Cardiff is a must with it's fantastic shops and attractions. The hotel does not charge for parking which is a real bonus, really dislike paying for parking in hotel grounds. The reception staff were friendly, just a little mechanical/impersonal. Other staff were very polite/courteous (well impressed) First morning at breakfast didn't have a clue, felt very uncomfortable, No greeting/no staff. Second morning felt more comfortable, but still would have liked some sort of interaction with staff. Room was very noisy (traffic) Newport Road became very busy from about 5am. Disturbed sleep--Ask for car park side of hotel if wanting something quieter December 4, 2014
