As I expected with the Holiday Inn , a nice hotel with friendly professional staff who made you feel welcome as soon as you arrived.
The room was very clean and spacious with a bed so comfortable that I had difficulty in getting up in the morning !
Would definately stay again if working in the area as I found the whole experience a pleasant one. Only one thing I would change and that is the options available on the menu for both evening and breakfast meals.
Apart from that , thank you and well done !

our stay was excellent value for money , the room was clean and not at all cramped. Breakfast was good .Staff were pleasant and welcoming. This hotel was ideally placed for visiting family. It was easy to reach being just off the motorway.
I was not keen on the air con- always set too cold for me and the duvet was a bit small even for two skinnies like us

We stayed for 2 nights on abusy bank holiday weekend, with our 2 young children, and had a good time. We liked that there was a notice letting us know that they were busy and what times breakfast would be extra busy, so we could avoid it. The room was clean and spacious enough for the 4 of us.

We stayed for 2 nights over the May bank Holiday. We have stayed in many Holiday inns and Express hotels over the years and this is one of the better ones. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are nice and clean the breakfast was good also.

this is a great hotel with friendly helpful staff. I have stayed several times and on each occasion could not fault the hotel or staff. A great base for travelling across South Wales with easy access to the M4.

A rare combination of very pleasant and supportive staff on all shifts, clean and fresh smelling hotel rooms that are very comfortable all for a very good price. Impressive bathrooms, I loved it and will look nowhere else on my future visits!!

this was the first time I have slept without disturbance at a holiday inn . the hotel is modern and fresh and the lounge area was very nice, it even had a pool table(£1.00). the staff were great and helpful. the pub next door was ok and the bakery only a short walk away(very handy with kids) and a superstore just a short drive. great hotel to stay for a taste of wales, I will be back.
