Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by A very comfortable stay. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We were in the last room on a hallway (room #322) and it was nice and quiet (a nice change from the night before at another hotel). Housekeeping was quick with all requests, but did not empty the trash after our 1st night there- but had we requested it I know they would have done so quickly. The breakfast was good and for once, there was enough seating to sit down and eat instead of hauling everything back to the room as I usually have to do at hotels. My kids really enjoyed the indoor pool which was clean and well-maintained. I do not like indoor pools because the acoustics make even moderate voices booming loud. The hotel is right across the street from a Cracker Barrel (can't go wrong there), next to a Waffle House, and the road has many restaurants. It was less than an hour to Pigeon Forge where we spent one day, then came back to peace and quiet. March 15, 2013

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wonderful Room was perfect. Had an Aspen smell that enhanced the comfort even more (not the cheap taxi cab pine smell haha). The Jacuzzi tub was well worth the upgrade. It is positioned to where you can watch TV if you like or just relax with a book. Staff is top notch. Breakfast was actually pretty decent, well above average if you compare it to other places.
