Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by it's just the little things that matter Ran out of cleaning wipes for the equipment in the exercise room - no problem, the front desk had plenty to spare. It rained - really? We're in Oregon! Get use to it! The elevator broke - staff had it fixed within two hours! Noisy neighbors - again, no problem. Staff provided a room on a different floor. Flexibility of staff = A . The room was great and we had a wonderful time. Now about those pillows.... April 5, 2015

The room was comfortable, quiet, clean and we had a nice view of the bay. The breakfasts were the traditional holiday inn fare with plenty of everything that one needs for a breakfast. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by About what you would expect This room was pretty much what you would expect from a Holiday Inn Express. The rooms were clean and they have a pool (a must for two little boys), The swimming pool was freezing, but that may have just been an issue at the time. The free breakfast was also a plus. We don't eat much in the morning and it was a nice way to get a little in our stomachs without having to stop somewhere else. The only other complaint I had was the noise outside the rooms. We spent the whole night listening to someone run up and down the halls. April 4, 2015
